What to expect?

Before each treatment we will sit down and have a chat. I am keen to always know how you are feeling on the day and if you have any specific intentions for the session.

Each session is extremely tailored, resulting in sometimes talking a lot and others times not much at all. With the key component being TOUCH, physical bodywork through touch, voice and sound.

Before each treatment begins, making you feel at ease is my top priority and duty. At all times, you are completely in charge of how deep we go during each session. The importance here is to not force anything, instead learn to be more gentle with oneself.

It's an absolute joy and honour to create this massage workshop for you and your loved ones. One where you can truly honour yourself and your partner. Learn to feel more confident when giving, while also feeling great joy and pleasure in receiving. Let's explore touch while remaining playful. Return home with a bunch of new techniques under your belt and a new found confidence.

BreathWork Group

Workshop: Breathwork - 90 minutes 

 I will guide you into a gentle but very effective breathwork session, combined with sound healing, my touch and my voice. I also like to leave the option to guide a small Mind-Body-Connection practise, with movement techniques you can take home. My goal here is to always tailor my workshops to the group, with breathwork being the main component.
